How Water Rescue 247 Works
No catch, no fine print games. Here is exactly how the service works and how we make money.
Three simple steps
- You call the number on the page. A dispatcher answers around the clock — no forms, no callback queue.
- You describe the damage. Burst pipe, flooded basement, storm leak, or sewage backup — and roughly how much water. Thirty seconds is plenty for the dispatcher to route you correctly.
- An independent local restoration company takes it from there. You're connected with a crew serving your area that can assess the loss, extract the water, dry the structure, and work with your insurance.
How we're paid
Our service is free to you. Water Rescue 247 is compensated through a referral fee paid by our call network when we connect a qualified call. You never pay us anything. You pay only the restoration company you choose, for the work you approve — and that work is often billed directly to your insurance.
What you should expect — and verify
- An on-site assessment and a clear scope before major work begins.
- The chance to confirm the company's IICRC certification and insurance — we encourage it.
- Honest timing: 24/7 emergency response depends on local crew availability and demand, and is never guaranteed.
Call recording & privacy
