What we do

We keep it simple: you place one free call, a dispatcher learns what's wrong and where you are, and we connect you with an independent local restoration company that serves your area. The call is free and there is no obligation.

What we are not

We are not a restoration contractor or restoration company, and we do not extract water, dry structures, perform repairs, set prices, or handle insurance claims ourselves. Every company is an independent business responsible for its own certification, insurance, pricing, and workmanship. Water-damage restoration is generally not a separately state-licensed trade; the recognized industry benchmark is IICRC certification, and we encourage you to confirm a company's credentials and insurance before authorizing any work.

Where we operate

We currently field emergency water-damage calls for the Wichita, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri metros. Coverage and response timing depend on local restoration-company participation and demand.
